You can phone, fax, mail, or e-mail your order.
If we have what you want, we'll ship it to you the same day we receive your order. If one or more items are out of stock, we'll ship what we have and back-order the rest unless you advise us otherwise.

We welcome special orders!
If it's train-related, still in production, and you can describe it, we can probably get it! (Even if it's out of production, we may still be able to get it)

We will mail your order unless you advise us otherwise.
Shipments within Canada are usually sent Parcel Post, unless otherwise requested. Shipments outside Canada are sent according to customer preference, at the customer's expense.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars.
We accept cheques, money orders, bank drafts, VISA, or MasterCard. If you use a credit card and we ship a partial order, we will only bill you for what we ship. Interac is available for in-store shopping only.
